Inorder to select the best book you should go through with the syllabi of Mains thoroughly such that based upon your own efficiency you can able to select your own book because in each and every book the content is almost same but the level of understanding will vary some what.
But overall the best books for

• Jee mains  : NCERT  (Chemistry) , HCV , RD SHARMA.
• Jee Advance: OP Tandon , I.E IRODOV, CENGAGE for Maths will be better.
• And try to solve previous 10 years both JEE MAINS and Advance paper.

For Chemistry-
