Hey, in order to start working as a freelancer you should create an account in websites where they offer jobs like intershala, Linkin, upwork and many other. Make your own resume where you can show your work and ability. And as a freelancer, you should always start small and humble. Even though you may be working crazy and is paid very less you should stick to it because you need the experience and the exposure which is really important.
