Nowadays, it's not a big issue while attempting exams. There are several sites and sources which offer tests and examinations everyday which are accessible all round 24*7 at your convenience.

You can register using an Email I'd and register yourself for the test and then the login ID and Password can be used for logging in and give the examination.
