how can i update or add new college ?

First is all you must mention your complete question. So, as part you're question I can assume that you want to add the college in careers 360 profile.

So, In the careers 360 there is no option to mention or add your college. But you can change your educational details like if you are studying in college then you can select in undergraduation, if you are a college pass out then you can select graduate and above, etc.
Also you can add college but only while comparing a particular college to other.
