Hi Pavan,
See most counselling procedure have a step where you fill in your details for registering for the counselling using your Rool no or Hall ticket no sometimes. The information you are asked are your Mobile no and email etc. So they send it to you by mail or via message. So i would advice you to cross check your mails and messages and you might find it.
