how can u apply for baf bba once the date for the form lasped? can the deadline be extended? or is there any other way to apply?

To answer your question, NO, you cannot apply after the application deadline., unless the college extends the deadline. Usually an extension of 1-2 weeks can be expected, but there is nothing to be sure of.
To answer your next question, there is no other way to apply. But, you can definitely try by writing an e-mail to the college, stating your reason for delay, and requesting to consider your application. Though there is very slim chance for the above to happen, but you can still try.
