Dear aspirant
Government has made one of the best quota for general category who are economically weaker. You can apply when you are filling the form of JEE MAIN there is one column for EWS qouta if you are eligible then you can apply.

There is certain cateria for EWS qouta. If your family gross annual income is less than 8 lakh than the person identifies as EWSs. Under EWSs qouta your family not own or posses agriculture land of size 5 acres or above.
Since form has filled up already and exam has also occured. If you have not filled the EWS qouta during form submission. There is somehow less chance but during counseling you can apply by showing income certificate of your family.

I have not applied during submission that means I'll have no chance for 10% reservation

Sir, there are usually two categories in colleges during admission and counselling process, people with a family income of less than six(6) lakhs per annum and others. If you are financially weak then you may fall in this category and be eligible for scolarships and may avail it during admission time .
