Hi Arya,
For counseling in UPTU, following steps you have to follow:
1. Visit it's official website: https://upsee.nic.in/publicinfo/public/home.aspx
2. At the end of this June counseling process will get started.
3. In the bottom you will find choice filling and counseling process.
4. There you have to fill up choice and locked it.
5. You have to wait for the counseling list, there you will be give your login details and there you will get your allotment letter of the Institute.
If you want to go for uptu then do the choice filling of this college.
