- Join a library- every education related library has engineering reference books which you may borrow and return once done studying.
- Download PDF- there are many websites which help students get their desired ebooks free of cost
- Buy second good condition books from known person
- There are also many shops these days which give books on lease check you have one around near your place
- You may also buy books and resell them once you have completed

You ideally dont need to arrange books in engineering. Most of your Study Materials will be in the form of Slides, Class Notes and Tutorials/Assignments. Apart from these you will definitely have access to your College Library/Online Library Database. Secondly you do have sources for EBooks available over the Internet, like LibGen, which is very famous source among IITs, for Text download and reference.
