How can we get the list of university who take students for Ph.D from B.E directly?

Usually the route to a PhD is through a masters degree or by pursuing an integrated PhD i.e masters plus PhD course.But through JEST(Joint Entrance Screening Test) examination one can apply with a B.E/B.Tech for admission to MSc , Integrated PhD and PhD programmes in Physics , Theoretical Computer Science , NeuroScience and Computational Biology at twenty public research institutes in India.
