Here are few steps which can help you to reduce your mobile adiction
First of all identify the apps where you waste your time. Then just uninstall those apps. And then uninstall playstore, or such related app like galaxy store or mi store etc. These will help you that when you open your phone and when you don't find it then you will leave it.
Even if your unable to control then, when your recharge expires then don't recharge for it. And you will find it very helpful to reduce it.
