Success most often boils down to how you prepare for the exam. And considering JEE Main is probably the toughest exam in the land, you cannot afford any half measures.

Start with your concepts - read all the NCERT books, solve all problems given at the end of chapters. Once you are done, read advanced books. Remember JEE Main asks many questions outside the syllabus of most board exams. When studying make it a habit of taking notes, as it will help you save time and allow quick revision.

Simultaneoulsy, solve sample papers and also take mock tests. Importantly, don't lose your spirit at any stage of the prepartion - be happy, but slog hard!!
