While most colleges ask for a specific cutoff in the 10+2 examinations, certain colleges lao ask for a cutoff in their entrance examination. Hence stating the name of the college would allow me to help you accurately.

However,I would like to share some details about B.Com Honours.
It is a three year long undergraduate programme. It covers the study of principles of accounting,economic theory,microeconomics and macroeconomics,money and banking system. The eligibility criteria is to pass 12th from any recognised board. Students must have studied Mathematics,Economics,Business Studies or Accountancy in 12th.
