Hello Juhi,
AFMC releases admission form after NEET exam.
After NEET exam keep checking the admission page on AFMC website http://www.afmc.nic.in/Admission/MBBSAdmission.html
You need to fill form for counselling or choose AFMC option during counselling by MCC.
After that they release the cut off score for students, all those who are shortlisted need to visit AFMC, Pune for personal interview.
After that they do physical examination for the selected candidates and then do further rounds to fill the seats which could not be filled.

Hi Juhi,
AFMC will release the notification for registration in June. DGHS will send the list of candidates to AFMC from which they will shortlist the candidates for interview. For more information you can refer this link: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/afmc-mbbs
