Hello,
You can approach your college/school and inform them about your loss of migration certificate and request them to provide you the duplicate copy of it for future purpose.You may have to give them details like your hall ticket number, roll number, personal details etc.They will help you with the necessaru things you need to do.

You can get duplicate certificate through CBSE digilocker. Here is the link to it https://cbse.digitallocker.gov.in/
