Hello,

the course that you should take should depend upon what is your field of interest and what you would like to become in future.

If you would like to become a docctor or emter the medical field then you need to take PCMB.

If you would like to become an engineer then PCM would be fine and if you would like to become a software engineer in particular then it would be better to take PCM with Computer.

These are just two examples and there are many more.
