    Hello

    Temin and Balimore independently discovered reverse transcript ask their experiment was on Rous Sarcoma virus and Mouse Leukemia virus.They observed that actinomycin D inhibits the infection which is not expected as the virus contains RNA,they observed that cDNA is formed from its RNA,from which again RNA is synthesised.
