Hello Nishigandha,
Preparing for both State Board and JEE/NEET together is somewhat a difficutlt task. Yet, one should stick to the plan and a time table would be just perfect.
Preparing for the Entrance exam such as JEE or NEET will require covering the syllabus of Class 11th as well along with the syllabus of Class 12th.
Proper time management and guidance can help you achieve success in just one attempt. But, the foremost thing is the dedication towards study.

Hi Nishigandha,
The session has just started and there sure is enough time if you organise it well. About your Boards, one wiser thing to do would be to be very attentive in class and keep your concepts clear. In case of any doubt, talk to the expert faculty immediately and clarify the same so that nothing remains pending. This will not only help in the Boards but also prove to be helpful in JEE and NEET as the fundamentals in all these exams remain the same.
Download sample papers and previous year's question papers of your state Board as well as JEE and NEET and go through them. You'll be able to identify the important topics and the pattern of questions and their repetition.
Keep extra time for working in areas you are weak in. Also, the following quick tips must be helpful in cracking JEE/ NEET/ Boards:
1. Practise thoroughly and clear the basic concepts. JEE and NEET are all about concepts and keeping the concepts clear will definitely help in the Board exams.
2. Make a Plan - Include overall, monthly, weekly and daily targets in it. The plan should be such that each subject is included every day This will make the study time less monotonous and concentration level will stay intact.
3. Cover the entire syllabus. Do not leave any topic untouched. Go through the entire syllabus, break it into small parts and allot time according to its weightage as well as your ability to grab it.
4. Revise. With thorough revision, you will be able to have a strong grip on what has already been learnt. Make notes, this will help you memorise faster.
5. Test yourself everyday. Keep an extra hour in your plan for this. Solve sample papers, question papers and mock testsThis helps in increasing speed and accuracy.
6. Group study is another thing. Your friends might be clear with what you have a doubt on. You might be able to help them with a few concepts you are sure about, and this will help your grasp on that particular subject more clear.
7. Do not over burden yourself. Take short breaks, have snacks or take a walk, spend time with family and friends. Also, take naps. Meditation is also helpful in retaining your focus.
Hope this helps! Best of luck.
