How do I apply for management quota in private college in Tamil Nadu ? Will it be included in state counselling

Dear student 398 medical collegesare in India. Out of these colleges, 215 medical colleges are private. They are approved by Medical Council of India. In management quota, there are approx. 12000seats. 65% of the medical seats are filled through counselling based on state and central level entrance exam.
