Dear Sarita, MS Ramiah i a Private Medical College and Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling. And Karnataka is an Open State which means though you belong to Maharashtra, you can attend Karnataka State Counselling. You are eligible to apply for both A and B Category seats of Karnataka through their State Counselling.
