If you want to apply for caste certificate you can apply through online you have to go to the official website of RTPS the link below:

https://serviceonline.bihar.gov.in/resources/homePage/10/loginEnglish.htm

When you visit there you need to drag your cursor to "Apply Online". Then go to RTPS services there go to "General Administration Department" then choose your desired caste and make the appointment then fill up the form and after some weeks your certificate will be ready you need to collect from the govt office

Also there are lots of agents are there in the city they just charge you like 500-1000 and they look after all the matters (Its the easieast way).
