Hello, Jee advance is a hard exam to crack if you have not prepared well then it will effect your rank.
For getting such marks you should prepare which chapters which you find easy means try to solve problems from chapters which carry high weightage.
You can left chapters which you find tough.
Read ncert line by line.
Learn inoraganic chemistry reactions by writing and solve organic chemistry questions.
Solve previous years questions for all subjects for Jee advance exam.
Give mock test series it will help you.

in maths chapters are Binomial theorem, Circle, Parabola, Straight lines, complex Number, calculus, 3D, Vector
in physics practice more questions from class 12 part and from class 11 do practice chapters like rotational, gravitational, waves, work energy power, S.h.m
in chemistry practice whole organic chemistry you may left polymers.
Learn organic reactions mechanism
learn inoraganic chemistry line by line.
