How have students in Telangana fared? I got 503- UR, M . Not as good as expected.

How they have performed is not really important and you will get to know by 5th June
Your Max is good but may have been better and the you can expect one of the inferior government medical colleges we apply the 85% state quota do the cutoff maybe a bit high
However availing the 15% all India quota your chances of getting seat will be a bit bleak
