hello aspirant,
you need to appear for other states entrance exams to sit/appear for counselling for colleges in those states.
like you need to appear for AKTU exam, if you wish to appear for counselling for colleges in uttar pradesh under the AKTU affiliation.
on the other hand, if you are talking about counselling rounds via jee result for other states, then that's not possible, you can only apply for particular colleges and not for state's counselling as a whole.
