If you have completed ITI, you can write lateral entry exams for B.Tech. Every State has Lateral entry exams into B.Tech for students who have completed their ITI, Polytechnic or Diploma courses. If you clear the lateral entry exam, you can join 2nd year of B.Tech instead of studying from the 1st year.
