How I can bring good marks in AIIMs.

You should go with ncert. NCERT will surely help you but remember everybody studies ncert thoroughly. if you want to stand out you need to give extra effort and answer those questions which less people can answer. For that I would suggest a more advanced book for especially subjects like physics for which ncert gives basically nothing. Pradeep's as far as I have heard is good. Chemistry and biology ncert full book would be sufficient. Don't forget GK it's very important scoring subject if you want that extra score. And previous year question papers are very important and it helps you build the knack of answering questions which reading textbooks cannot help you with. And if you have seen a question before definitely it helps reduce your time for solving it again. I'm not asking you to by heart the answer but at least you know how to solve it and you will do it quicker.time management is key in AIIMS. I'm also somebody who only prefers reading the textbooks but that has lead to a lot of problems hence I'm speaking from experience.
