In order to get your UP NEET registration number you need to follow few steps

• You have to first click on link provided on the website
• Then you need to go through all the institution and proceed to register and create credentials for candidate log in of NEET
• In the next screen you have to fill the required details such as name, nationality, parents name etc.
• You need to submit valid email address and phone number as all the information regarding NEET will be communicated through that
• After filling the details you need to create a password wich is the neet login password
• Then you need to verify your id through an otp sent to your given phone number
• Then click on submit.

After this your provisional registration number will be generated.
