It depends if you really need help in understanding the concepts, you may consider joining coaching, but then it's not necessary.

Secondly, banking exam is all about speed and precision.

You need a lot of practice, in terms of solving mock papers and test series.

You have to evaluate the areas where you're not doing good, practice is the key here.

As you said, you do understand the concept, but when it comes to actually doing, you're struggling with this part, you have to do self-analysis as in are you really understanding the concepts clearly, and moreover excelling in sections such as quant or reasoning takes a lot of time and practice, for that you need to solve a lot of mock papers as well as evaluate your strength and weak points.
