Hello
To focus more on your Neet examination follow the given below tips:-
- Make a routine
*First of all make a routine to utilise the time in the best possible way .
* Give at least eight hours for studies in your time table
*Keep short breaks of 20 to 25 minutes after every 1.5 to 2 hours between your studies in your routine .Half of the time of your studies must be for practicing MCQs and numericals
PHYSICS is the most toughest as it has both numericals and concepts , so keep 3 hours each day for Physics, 2.5 hours to Chemistry and 2.5 hours for Biology.
Give priority to ncert:-To prepare for neet exam first of all go through ncert to clear your basic concepts and around 90 % questions in neet are based on ncert , also focus on diagrams while going through NCERT Biology and go through all the solved and unsolved questions of NCERT in Physics and Chemistry.
After completing each chapter , you should go through mcqs and numericals of the same chapter
Make short notes of important formulas and concepts for each chapter and Keep revising it
Solve previous NEET year questions , it will let you know the examination pattern type question etc so that you can prepare accordingly
Go through NEET mock test papers , it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination

If this is about maintaining concentration, then we have something for you. There is something called Acceptance and Commitment Theory in the field of Psychology. It is an intervention method that uses acceptance and meaningfulness in different ways. It is not a method of eliminating any particular behaviour. Rather it is acceptance of one's own inhibiting behaviour and mould our lives accordingly. This means you accept that you are no longer as curious you were before. But you mould your habits and lifestyle or working towards your dream in a way that you still work in fulfilling your passion. Maybe you should sit and write the reason you are no longer curious or passionate about something. If it was something like a bad experience or bad feedback that you had or heard, you should write it down and then evaluate the truth in it. You should maybe check the facts and see if what you felt or heard still holds true. And then you write down your current thoughts on your passion. It might be the lockdown talking or it might be because you found something else interesting. If it is just the lockdown talk, be assured that you will feel fresh once this situation passes. But if it has been there with you for a while, then accept the fact that your priorities have changed. Choose the correct course of action and decide on it. If you still want to stick on to your passion, maybe you need to rejuvenate yourself and get back on track. So do not shy away from thoughts that take away your curiosity. Face them and write them down. It might be laziness, it might be the discovery of a new passion, it might be lockdown, anything. Just write it down. Allow those thoughts in your mind and rationalise when you can and fight with them when you have to. Discover what is more important. Your flee of emotions or your passion. Set goals to act responsibly keeping in mind the long term. You cannot come back after a year and try to be passionate again. By then you would have lost the rhythm. Always remember that this is just a mind game and you need to reason with your brain and train your brain and not the other way round.
