The JEE mains will be conducted after you are done with your class 12th board examination. Just know that you gotta focus more on JEE mains as these score will fetch you a seat in top engineering colleges across India. If you have been preparing for JEE mains and once you feel that you are prepared for JEE, then it's easier for you to study for board exams as the portion is more or less the same (considering only 12th std portion of JEE). After your boards are done, you can completely give attention to the preparation of JEE mains. Prepare a study timetable and strictly follow it. Answer well. Solve MCQs after boards.
