how i remove the distractions from my life like mobile, tv . i am preparing for jee only 10 months are left till I don't have any preparation

It's all in your mind, your mind is very powerful and you can control it easily if you want to.
Remind yourself that after 10 months you have the biggest exam of your life and that will shape your future. Remind yourself of the consequences that might happen if you fail in that exam( you will have to put more extra years.Ler yourself know that if you can study well and stay away from phone and TV in these 10 months then you can use them all day after getting a good rank in JEE.Give your phone to your parents or siblings and ask them not to give you when you ask. Set 1 hour daily for watching TV but no more than that.
Make a daily routine and follow that honestly.

Different things work for different people. However I can tell you what I did:

• Install a study timer in your phone. Move steadily from say 1 hour at a time to 3 hours at a time. In this pre decided time, you will not use the phone. Only when the timer rings, you can touch your phone.
• Uninstall all unnecessary apps like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat.
• If you are too lazy to get up and pick your phone, switch it off and keep it on some other room or far away from you.
