Dear Az,
First of all it's important that you focus on your class 12th board exams. As you are saying that your state board exam preparation is just 10%, this means that you have invest most of the time everyday to complete your 12th syllabus and revise it after you have prepared well. It will not be of any use if you start preparing for JEE Main and MHT CET and as a result, you are not able to pass in class 12th. Then seeking admission in B.Tech programmes through JEE Main and MHT CET will just remain a mere dream. If you find that in 2-3 months you are able to prepare well for your class 12th board exams and have some time left, you may give JEE Main a try. However, the application form of JEE Main 2018 is closed now. You can apply for JEE Main 2019 now. Thus, you can start preparing for JEE Main 2019 after your class 12th exams are over. But if you have some time left after class 12th exam prepartion, you can think of preparing for MHT CET 2018 whose application form will be available from the second week of February 2018. The most important point here, however, is that if your basic concepts of PCM in class 11th and 12th are clear, then it would help you in MHT CET. You can just go through the syllabus of MHT CET 2018 and follow it for preparation. But you must make your 12th your priority no matter what and try to score high in 12th. The other way is to study 6-8 hours in a day for your class 12th and keep 2-4 hours for MHT CET 2018 preparation on daily basis. This way you can balance both.
