Hello Dear,
it’s a good book for mains, it Includes end-of-chapter exercises that contain tricky and exam level questions which you should try.
go through examples, don’t waste much time on theory, solve as many question you could but that also shouldn’t be done at the cost of other subjects.
also, cover up the NCERT chemistry books.
