Hello!
CRL stands for category rank list. It is the rank given to all the students considering everybody as equal with no reservations. It is prepared by cbse for JEE mains. It is given using jee main exam score and 12th percentage combined together. If there is a tie, then the candidate getting the higher score in mathematics is given the higher rank, then physics marks is considered, then the number of positive and negative marks.
