How is IILM Lucknow In terms of Placements and SIP ? Do they allow SIP as there are many colleges which dont allow SIPs? Really confused

According to the placement stats of IILM lucknow, 97% students were placed and highest package offered was 7.5 LPA.Recruiters include- HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ITC, Amazon, etc
