How is percentile counted in Mht-CET?

Hello Vaishakhi,
Percentile is a relative term, which depends on two following things -
The LOD (Level of difficulty) of the exam held & how others fared in it.
So, suppose someone has scored 99.5 percentile in an exam, then he has scored more than 99.5% of the total test-takers. DTE hasn't mentioned any exact method/procedure about the percentile calculation in CET exam so one can only predict or assume about it.
