GLA Univeristy is located on Mathura-Delhi (NH2) highway which is well connected to both the cities, Mathura and Delhi. Public transports are easily available here. You can go to all the nearby places via autos, taxis, and buses.
From GLA univeristy, Mathura bus stand is at a distance of 17 kms (Approx), so you can board a bus to delhi and get down at GLA university. In case you are coming from train, then get down at Mathura junction which is at a distance of 18 kms from the univeristy, and take an auto/ a taxi to the university.
