How is the B.Tech. degree program designed ?

B.Tech is the bachelors of Technology.

Well, B.Tech is basically designed for the imporvement, research and getting into the feild of technology.it basically depends upon the branch of stream which you choose for you B.Tech. For example, ECE(Electronics and Communications Engineering) basically deals with the various electronic devices and their communication systems such as voice propagation, image recognition etc. This can be done using other higher level subjects. The very basic of how the system works that is its architecture and the language(assembly level) is included in this. Computer Science deals with the exploration of the computer and development field along with the languages to focus on which the system would understand. Next Mechanical and Electrical engineering branches are considered to be the core branches of the B.Tech. It deals with machinery and electrical background respectively. So it depends upon which stream you go for and hence it would be designed accordingly for you.
