How is William Carey University, Shillong? Is it UGC recognized, AICTE approved and NAAC accredited? Hostels available? Placements?

William Carey University, Shillong is a new private engineering College of Meghalaya.

It is recognised by UGC. But this College didn't get accreditation from AICTE and NAAC.

But don't worry. I hope that college authority will look into this matter and will solve this problem.

The infrastructure of this college is extraordinary good. Well experienced faculties are available in this College. Well equipped laboratories, information technology lab, boy's hostel, girls hostel, library etc facilities are available in this College.

Placement is decent.

Willian Carey University, Shillong is a less known university. It is a UGC approved private university. The course offerd are B.Tech, diploma, masters etc. There are not many placements only 4-5 companies visit the college.

The university has its own seperate hostels for both boys and girls.
