For a Nation that produces an estimated 10-15 lakh engineers every year, the fact that most of them are unemployable is quite worrisome. But even more daunting is the fact that these engineering graduates don't get jobs because they lack basic skills.

Every individual needs to take a call on her/his future. Just having an engineering degree may be of no use to excel in your life. But, to succeed in your life you need to become literally an Engineer (and not a mere engineering graduate).

There are many factors behind the scene.

There are loopholes in our education system everywhere and Engineering Collegesare also part of it. A large number of institutes have drastically gone up over the years.

Faculties are hired on the basis of salary and not on the basis of talent/qualification.

Most of the engineering colleges do not have sufficient infrastructure required to provide quality education.

Every individual needs to take a call on her/his future. Just having an engineering degree may be of no use to excel in your life. But, to succeed in your life you need to become literally an Engineer (and not a mere engineering graduate)
