ABPP is not equivalent to 10+2. And jobs which asks for 10+2 ,you will be not be eligible for it.

I recommend you to join BA/B.com for graduation from IGNOU as you are eligible for that only later on you can apply from another good college for your PG.

BPP Certificate is not good for anything else

Once you complete your graduation from IGNOU you are eligible for government exams.
