see engineering fees depends on so many factors but if you are persuing your engineering degree from a government college it will charge you average of BTech fee in a government college is INR 5.48 Lakhs to 12.5 Lakhs and The average BTech fee in private colleges is INR 3 Lakhs to 19 Lakhs

eligibility for engineering are

Minimum of 45% marks in the above subjects taken together (40% for SC/ST/PwD/OBC candidates) as well as pass in English with a minimum of 30% marks (for all categories of candidates) in the said qualifying examination you must go through the above eligibility criteria.

even fees are dependent in the reputation and name of the college. it also depends that which course you are persuing for example computer science engineering has different fees structure then mechanical engineering.
