Hello,
There is nothing such to apply form for a branch. every college keeps an eligibilty criteria and selection criteria. Eligibility criteria deals with 10 and 12th marks with some major subjects to be there as mandatory subjects. if one satisfies it he/she have to satisfy selection criteria which means the rank secured in the entrance exam provided the college accepts it must be in the range for any round of counselling to get a seat in a college. if one satisfy it then a candidate get admission else forwarded for next counseling rounds.
These is the complete process.
and the number of candidates are above 10 lakhs every year and it's difficult to keep track of but it is done by the board.
