Please note that this year as many as 11.5 lakh students registered for JEE Mains 2018, out if which only 2 lakh of the students who appear for the exam will be selected.
So, you can obviously imagine the level of competition to take a seat in the most premier academic institutions in the country.

It is not clear what you exactly want to know.
If you want to know how many candidates will qualify for JEE Advance, this year the number has been increased to 2,24,000 (from 2,20,000 last year)
However, if you want to know about how many candidates registered for JEE Main 2018, the number is around 11,48,000.
