How many counselling are their in IP 2019 for btech and do I need to register again for round 2 and 3 as I am not allayed seat in round 1

Hello,
There are Three rounds in IPU Counselling in 2019 and a spot round.You need to pay registration fee of 1000/-.You don't need to register again, you can change the choice filling form in second and third round round if you were not alloted any seat or if you are not satisfied with the seat allotment.However, you need to make the partial fee payment in the alloted college before you go for second round or subsequent round.You can withdraw a seat and the money will be refunded.
