The fee structure is not decided, and the right to decide is with college itself. Thus every college has different fees.
A government college may demand less fees, while a private college may demand high.
While selecting the college, check the infrastructure, the ROI, the kind of people come over there, the other activities you might learn. And then decide whether to invest in that college or not.
