The payscale is dependent on the area and the brand with which you will be working. For example, if you work in Tier 1 cities such as Gurgaon or Mumbai, the pay share of freshers is favourable. In addition, if you work for reputable companies such as Concentrix or Teleperformance, you will be paid highly in comparison to small call centres. It might range from 6 to 25k, with an average of 10k in India.
