so the cut off varies every year based on the difficulty of the paper
for general category the eligibility criteria is 50% to get an AIIMS
so the score should be between 135-145 which is pretty good out of 200. you will have the option of choosing any of the new AIIMS
but for delhi AIIMS you need 145+ marks
the two shifts of AIIMS marks change the rank significantly. To be on the safe side a score of 145+ is suggested. This is a rough estimate as predicting marks or rank is very tough
