Hi Vivaswaan,
As per last year statistics the first student to take admission in CMC Vellore was with a NEET score of around 656 and the last student to take admission was with a score around 595.
As there are only 12 seats open for open category students, the competition is very tough and cut offs are very high.
Fees are low because it is a state minority medical College which aims at providing best medical care and education to future doctors without being burden by charging large sums of money.
