how many marks i got to clear the neet and im from general category

Neet cut off for general category is 50th percentile but when we talk of about cut off marks then cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks scored by students, toughness level of exam etc but yes when we look at the previous year trends then it is in between 120 -140 marks. But when it comes to getting a seat then only clearing the cut off marks will not help you, you need to score at least  550+ marks, better target 600 marks to be on safer side and if you want to get into a good government medical college as more is your marks, better is the college you get.
